Investigations are done to establish parameters for foundation and substructure design and obtain physical properties of soil, rock and/or shallow groundwater around a site to assess suitability of materials for construction and allow accurate design of earthworks and foundations.

What we do:

• Investigate to determine the behaviour and suitability for construction of onsite materials
• Locate nearby sources (such as borrow pits) for additional natural materials required for project
• Provide the fill material design and specifications and monitor during construction
